Antique Sapphire and Diamond Conversion Charm of 18k White Gold

A glittery natural blue sapphire and single cut diamond charm mounted in 18k white gold.

The piece was originally a vintage stick pin (circa 1920) transformed by removing the pin stem and adding a 14k white gold jump ring.

The charm measures 0.8 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.45 inches wide, and it is in excellent condition.
