Art Nouveau Natural Alexandrite Ring of 10k Gold - GIA Cert

A luminous treasure from the Art Nouveau era (circa 1910–1920), this antique ring features a mesmerizing, 0.59ct GIA-certified color-changing alexandrite from the Ural Mountains, surrounded by four pale green chrysoberyl stones, all set within an intricate floral 10k gold mounting. The design reflects the flowing, organic lines and natural motifs characteristic of Art Nouveau jewelry — graceful, romantic, and expertly handcrafted.

The face of the ring measures approximately 1.1 inches by 0.5 inches wide and remains in great antique condition, with the gemstones secure and the gold retaining its warm, aged patina.

Currently a size 6, the ring can be professionally resized upon request for an additional charge. For assurance of authenticity and quality, the gold has been professionally tested using X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming its 10k fineness.

Accompanied by its GIA certification, verifying the alexandrite’s natural origin and color-changing properties, this exquisite jewel is a rare example of early 20th-century craftsmanship. The ring is in very good condition; however, there is a small chip to the pavilion facet of one chrysoberyl visible only under magnification.

A captivating and romantic piece, this alexandrite and chrysoberyl floral ring perfectly embodies the artistry and enchantment of the Art Nouveau period — a true collector’s gem.
