This crescent pendant was once an antique 14k white gold brooch (circa 1920) transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail.

The glistening gold crescent measures 1.14 inches from top to bottom by 0.97 inches wide, and it is accented with sapphires and diamonds.
