Green Man Necklace | Antique Silver Necklace

The Green Man motif has its roots in ancient deities associated with nature, plant growth and wildlife. In art and sculpture, a green man is typically depicted with vines, leaves, and branches sprouting out of a man's face.

We created this fun pendant from an antique sterling silver buckle (circa 1870-1900). The pendant features a large sterling silver green man with a moonstone in his mouth.

The pendant measures 2.6 inches from top to bottom by 1.85 inches wide, and we are selling it with or without the 20 inch sterling silver chain depicted in the photos.
