Lavalier Pendant | 18k Gold Peridot & Green Glass Pendant on Optional 10k Chain

Show someone you love them with this elegant 18k gold heart pendant.

This 18k gold pendant (circa 1970-1980) features a peridot briolette dangle and a green glass accent. The reverse of the pendant is marked "750" indicating 18k gold and it also bears an unknown maker's mark "MZ".

The pendant measures 1.25 inches from top to bottom by 0.5 inches wide. It is in great condition; however, the briolette is a later addition to the piece.
