Antique Love Knot Conversion Statement Ring of 14k Gold

Victorian and Edwardian jewelry was full of symbolism, and the love knot, with no beginning or end, was worn to represent the constancy of true love.

This ring was created from an antique, 14k gold knot brooch (circa 1880) by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold band.

The face of the ring measures 1.7 inches by 1.1 inches wide and is in very good condition with some minor surface wear and quite substantial despite being a hollow piece. The ring is currently a size 6, but it can be resized free of charge.
