Onyx and Opal Heart Conversion Pendant of 14k Gold

A striking design that blends antique craftsmanship with modern elegance. This pendant features a glossy onyx heart, crowned with a luminous opal star. Our jeweler created this unique piece by riveting an antique stickpin top (circa 1910) onto a vintage onyx heart, which was then expertly mounted in 14k gold.

The pendant measures 1.25 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide and is accompanied by an 18 inch, 14k gold chain (as shown in the photos). It is in very good condition, displaying only light surface wear consistent with age.

The gold has been professionally verified using both X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis and jeweler’s acid testing, confirming its 14k purity.
