Antique Pietra Dura Flower Pendant of 14k Gold

Pietra Dura is a form of Florentine mosaic created when artisans cut and set colorful hard stones against a black slate.

This elegant & stylish pietra dura flower charm is mounted in 14k gold with a gilt metal back.

The Victorian piece (circa 1860) measures 1.1 inches from the top of the jump ring bail to the bottom of the charm by 0.7 inches wide. It is in very good condition.
