Vintage Reverse Carved Crystal Deer Cufflinks of 14k Gold

A handsome pair of reverse painted crystal deer cufflinks (circa 1930-1940).

This exceptionally fine pair of cufflinks features reverse carved crystal intaglios hand painted in exceptional detail -- with each deer looking the slightest bit different. The intaglios were placed on mother of pearl backgrounds for dramatic effect.

The cufflinks are 14k gold (marked) and feature one vertical and one horizontal male deer or buck. The face of the cufflinks measure 0.5 inches by 0.6 inches and they are in excellent condition.
