This Belle Époque–style crossover ring (circa 1960–1970) is set with a vivid green chrome tourmaline weighing approximately 1.34 carats, paired with 22 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling about 0.70 carats (H color, VS/SI clarity). The bold yet elegant design evokes the romance of turn-of-the-century French jewelry, interpreted here with Italian sophistication.
The mounting is crafted in silver-topped 18k gold, a classic construction that enhances both brilliance and warmth. The band bears the mark “Cirio Tornino,” indicating it was made by the renowned Italian jeweler Enrico Cirio of Turin—an esteemed maker celebrated for refined craftsmanship and design.
Measuring 1.1 inches by 0.4 inches across the face, the ring weighs 5.6 grams and is currently a size 4 (resizable upon request for an additional charge). The gold has been authenticated through XRF (x-ray fluorescence) analysis and traditional jeweler’s acid testing, confirming purity and integrity.
In great condition, this jewel is both a testament to mid-20th-century Italian artistry and a timeless statement piece for the discerning collector.
