An exceptional vintage jewel, this striking winged scarab pendant is rendered in 14k gold and richly accented with emerald, sapphire, rubies, diamonds, and turquoise. Originally an antique fur clip (circa 1930), the piece has been thoughtfully transformed by our jeweler into a pendant, with the original pins removed and a 14k gold bail added. The result is a highly wearable interpretation of an antique jewel that retains the character and artistry of its original form while offering a fresh and distinctive way to wear it.
Measuring approximately 2 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom and 1.6 inches across, the pendant has a substantial presence without sacrificing elegance It weighs 16.91 grams.
