Vintage Surrealist Mechanical Eye Pendant Necklace

This vintage surrealist necklace (circa 1920-1930) features a black wooden heart with a mechanical glass eye with eyelashes. The eye opens and closes when you move the pendant, and the piece hangs from a double stranded black leather cord.

The dramatic vintage pendant measures 2.3 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1.6 inches wide and is in fair condition with some wear to the paint near the mechanical eye. The total length of the necklace is 19 inches.
